My topic of the global issue is food safety. I chosen three concepts of the topic, which are food technology, food hygiene and microbiological risk assessment. Nowadays, the food safety is one of the most important global issues in the world as the food is influencing our health. In considering industry to market practices, food safety considerations include the origins of food including the practices relating to food labelling, food hygiene, food additives and pesticide residues, as well as policies on biotechnology and food and guidelines for the management of governmental import and export inspection and certification systems for foods.
